Welcome to Driver In Africa. By booking a tour, transport, or any service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Reservation

To secure a booking with Driver In Africa, you must confirm your itinerary via email or our booking form.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% to 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit allows us to secure accommodations and transport.
• Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, we will send you a formal confirmation email containing your itinerary and booking details.

2. Payment Policy

The remaining balance of the tour price is payable upon arrival in Morocco.

• Cash: We accept payments in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
• Online Transfer: Balance payments via bank transfer or credit card must be arranged at least 1 week prior to arrival and may incur transaction fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply based on the date we receive your notification:

* Note: In cases of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, border closures, pandemics), we will do our best to reschedule your trip without penalty, though refunds on deposits paid to third-party hotels may depend on their specific policies.

4. Changes to Itinerary

4.1. Changes by You

If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation (e.g., add extra days, change hotels), we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional costs may apply depending on the changes.

4.2. Changes by Us

Driver In Africa reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions (e.g., sandstorms preventing desert camps), road closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide an alternative of equal or higher standard.

5. Travel Insurance

We strictly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Your insurance should cover:

• Personal injury and medical expenses
• Cancellation or curtailment of the trip
• Loss of luggage or personal belongings
• Repatriation in case of emergency

Driver In Africa does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

6. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry) and any necessary visas for entry into Morocco. We are not responsible for delays or denied entry due to improper documentation.

7. Liability & Responsibility

Driver In Africa acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and other services. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety:

• We accept no liability for injury, loss, accident, or delay caused by force majeure or the actions of third parties (e.g., hotels, optional activity providers).
• We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. If your arrival is delayed, please inform us immediately so we can adjust pickup times.
• Activities such as camel trekking, quad biking, or hiking are undertaken at your own risk.

8. Special Requests

Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, twin/double bed preference, room location) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to meet these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
